The ask — three commitments
We are inviting data partners into a 90-day falsifiable pilot, not a vague "AI collaboration." The deck closes with explicit commitments and constraints.
1. LOI for labeled dispatch corpus
Execute a letter of intent to exchange anonymized or synthetic-equivalent operational traces — skill, mode, SLA, outcome, cost — mapped to SKENAI job_expectation assumptions.
2. 90-day schema mapping and ingestion
Follow the milestone track in Part 6: alignment → ingest → delta report → GTM demo.
3. Co-published falsifiability delta
Shared public report showing which world-model audit rows moved from partial → tested after partner data landed — no raw PII in OPEN artifacts.
Hard constraint (non-negotiable)
No raw PII export is required or accepted for OPEN artifacts. We require anonymized or synthetic-equivalent operational traces only. CLOSED handling stays behind membrane — not in SURFACE copy.
What we are not asking
- [redacted] bridge hosting
- Synthetic burst scripts wearing enterprise labels
- Routing-steer (Δw) claims pre-VERIFIED epoch
- Undifferentiated "success rate" without corpus split
