90-day pilot structure
The pilot is designed to produce a joint falsifiability delta — not a logo slide. Every milestone has a receipt class: schema doc, ingested terminals, smoke artifact, matrix row movement, qualify demo.
Milestone timeline
| Phase | Weeks | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Alignment | 0–2 | LOI signed; schema map (partner fields → job_expectation assumptions) |
| Ingestion | 3–6 | 100 pilot terminals ingested; ≥30% learning-grade; vitest + smoke GREEN |
| Delta report | 7–10 | Falsifiability delta vs world-model audit — which rows moved partial → tested |
| GTM readiness | 11–12 | Joint GTM artifact + live qualify demo at /shoes/world-models |
Hard requirements
- ≥100 terminal rows in pilot batch
- ≥3 distinct skills
- ≥2 dispatch modes
- Burst/synthetic rows tagged — never mixed into priors
- No Δw / routing-steer claims until VERIFIED epoch
Success criterion (partner-facing)
The partner can cite a receipt URL showing pre/post prediction on their dispatch shape — not SKENAI sandbox scripts alone.
