Dispatch world model in one loop
Skenet WM is not a separate ML product bolted beside the marketplace. It is a prediction-error layer on parametric work — collection mode today, steering deferred until corpus and epoch gates pass.
Each marketplace job is a local solar system with its own oracle for time, success, cost, and artifact closure. The model does not require a central sky-oracle. It requires disciplined stamps on the job timeline.
Four chambers (live vs deferred)
| Chamber | Beat | What stamps | Maturity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Post | Job published | Draft ŷ on timeline | GREEN |
| Award | Bid accepted | Final ŷ + assumptions (dispatch_source, signal_class) |
GREEN |
| Complete | Terminal closure | y, ε, weighted loss; XP source_span |
GREEN |
| Steer | Routing memory | Δw on dispatch routing | AMBER — deferred |
Collection mode line: We state an expectation, observe the outcome, compute the error, settle with linked ledger proof. Full Δw steering waits on VERIFIED epoch + diverse corpus — not marketing copy.
The minimal transition (ratified)
Influence primitive → attach predictions → track outcomes → compute error → reweight routing. Steps 1–4 are live instrumentation. Step 5 is gated.
SBL line: We prove on ourselves first. Then we attest for the network.
